SHBC(an abbr. of ShenZhen Aero-fasteners Mfg. Co., Ltd) was established in 1982 as a Sino-Japanese joint-venture with registered capital 2,160,000. Shareholders consist of Catic Shenzhen Corporation, Sojitz China Corporation, Metal One Steel Products Corporation. We own 410 employees as far as May 2008. In 2005 we invested on establishing Topura Co., Ltd. We obtained ISO9002 certificate in 1996(We are the first one to get the certificate in fasteners industry) and renew it to ISO9001:2000. Afterwards we obtained certificate of ISO 14001:2004 and ISO/TS16949:2002. We were awarded “Shen Zhen advanced Technology enterprise” and “Shen Zhen Hi-tech corporation”. We imported cold heading machines, thread rolling machines, automatic heat treatment equipments from Japan and Taiwan. We are producing all kinds of high quality products such as high strength bolts, precise screws, nuts, rivets, S/S screws, copper screws and off-standard fasteners ,which are widely applied in aviation field, automobile, motorcycle, air-conditioner & refrigerator compressors, household appliances, OA/IT field，as well as selling to U.S.A, Brazil, Mexico, U.K, Czech, Turkey. Our automatic plating line and our manufacturing process ensure our products comply with RoHS.
